- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 1 cup avocado, cubed
- 1/2 cup red onions, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, ground
Note
- For best results, don't make this overnight. It's easy and quick to whip up so you can make an hour or so before serving. At least 15 minutes gives all the flavors a chance to come together.
